Scavenger Hunt
Hi friends!! I was thinking that in addition to last week’s post written by Maya, we could do a scavenger hunt for those who may still be bored at home. So make sure you are relaxed, wear something comfortable and let’s begin. 1. Find a timer 2. Find a big Bowl (Preferably a disposable one) 3. Find some liquid glue (DON’T DUMP IT IN THE BOWL) 4. Find a bottle of shampoo (DON’T DUMP IT IN THE BOWL) 5. Find any sort of color using anything around your home 6. Get a notebook 7. Find 3 different colored pens 8. Find something that makes you happy 9. Find a stick or something to stir with 10. Find something that is rainbow. If you don’t have something, don’t worry it doesn’t matter that much as long as you try. Now we can begin making a bunch of random stuff that I just thought of to occupy time. Set your timer to 10 Minutes and begin. Tear a page from your notebook and draw everything that makes you angry and sad. We don’t need to be able to understand it, just put all your negative emotions on that page. When you are done, tear it up real good. You can bite it, shred it, cut it. Let your emotions out. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY. Now in the bowl, add as much glue, shampoo and coloring as you want. Don’t mix it. Take your Shredded paper and throw it into the bowl. Use your stirring stick and just push it to the bottom of the bowl. Mix it as hard as you can until you feel better. Finally place the bowl next to your something rainbow and something that makes you happy. Take a photo of it. And you are done! You can now throw the bowl away or wash it :)
This activity was a bit dark, but the purpose of it was to clear your unhealthy emotions and to leave you feeling good about yourself. BTW, this is not witchcraft so don’t come attacking me about it. When I’m upset, I feel like breaking things which isn’t a good sign. So by destroying just a piece of paper, it can actually help me become calmer.
That is it for this week’s post. Hope you enjoyed it, please leave a comment or like, Follow us on Insta, Check out our Etsy Shop and… Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
